como mantengo el ritmo cuando no hay motivacion y hay adversidades

Imagen
I keep up the pace and do everything I need to, convincing my mind that when motivation is gone, that’s when you grow mentally and spiritually. I believe that in discomfort, I grow, and if I skip what I need to do, it resets the count back to zero. When faced with adversity, I take it as something positive, knowing that “every adversity carries with it the seed of an equivalent benefit” and that each thing has a greater benefit behind it. These are “tests” that the universe gives you before granting you what you desire most. The universe gives you what you most desire, but in a way you might not expect. The key is to feel good at all times because if I feel down, it indicates I’m vibrating at a lower frequency, which would attract things that also vibrate low. To feel good at all times, I think about what I want all day with faith that I will achieve it, rather than thinking with fear of not achieving it, because that’s when you start to feel bad.

lo que hago en un dia comun

I wake up between 5 and 6 a.m. no matter if it’s a school day, weekend, or holiday. I make myself a coffee and start reading, then I reflect (writing it down) on what I read and learned. Before all this, I write down my goals in a notebook to remind myself why I do what I do and why I get up. Then, if it’s a weekday, I go to school; if not, I go to work as a construction assistant or mowing lawns. After work, or sometimes before, I make myself a healthy snack that includes at least three eggs. At 7:30, I go to the gym and do strength training for an hour and a half. After training, or anytime during the day when I feel low on energy, I do 100 burpees to wake myself up and get active. After everything I’ve done in the day, I eat and go to sleep at 11:00 p.m. or a bit earlier.

I wake up at 5 a.m. in Puerto Madero, sit on the terrace for a while to reflect on all my achievements, and thank God for another day. I have a coffee and then head to the gym to train. Afterward, I return to my house or apartment, read for a while, and then reflect on what I’ve read. After that process, I spend the rest of the day working on my business (e-commerce). Repeating the same thing every day, maintaining non-negotiable habits, and working daily toward my purpose—which will never be material—combining the entire process with faith to feel good most of the time. Facing all problems or adversities in the best way, knowing they bring an equivalent or greater benefit. But reaching this point wasn’t easy; it was the combination of desire + faith + words + action + perseverance, striving for excellence in all areas (physical, mental, spiritual, and economic), and completely transforming my dominant thoughts, beliefs, and habits.
